Carli Kessler Interiors is seeking a creative, collaborative, and kind Interior Designer to join our team! This role is part-time to begin, with the potential to grow to a full-time position. 

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for design, excellent communication skills, is highly organized, has great attention to detail, who can creatively problem-solve, and is eager to contribute to all facets of the design process.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing materials & selections for new construction and renovation projects

• Assembling and attending client presentations

• Communication with CKI’s clients and build team partners

• Drafting technical drawings (including floor plans and elevations) and 3D renderings

• Procurement tasks like purchase orders, ordering and tracking 

• Helping with installations and styling

• Building and maintaining materials library

Skills and Experience: 

• We’re looking for someone who is proficient in AutoCAD and/or Sketchup but willing to consider a candidate who has a desire to learn these programs

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with organization and follow-through

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the design team

Compensation and Location: Pay will be dependent on experience. Position is mostly remote, but must be based in Central Ohio to allow for weekly team meetups. Site visits will take place within 45 minutes of downtown Columbus.
