Whether you’re looking to remodel a single room or your entire home, full-service design is a turn-key service that takes your project from concept to completion.

First, we develop design concepts and floor plans. Then we choose all finishes, fixtures, furniture & styling elements.

Once the design is set, we handle all of the purchasing and logistics. And finally, we collaborate with your contractor to ensure everything is installed seamlessly and on time. We are on site frequently to oversee construction work and other installs, such as window treatments, carpeting, wallpaper hanging, and more.

All the same offerings of Full Service, with the exception of project management. Great for out-of-town clients or those with smaller scopes of work and minimal construction.

Like Full-Service, we’ll provide timelines, budgets, and design boards. We’ll also still handle ordering and logistics. But when it comes to construction and install, we’ll provide detailed drawings to guide your contractor, and hand it over to you to handle coordination and oversight on your end. We’re always available for questions that come up along the way.

This option is great for clients who simply want design advice for things like picking paint colors, thinking through floor plans, or suggestions for furnishings and fixtures.

During the 2 hour consultation, you’ll walk us through your home (virtually or in-person if local to Columbus) and we’ll provide recommendations as we go.

Ahead of our meeting, you can send over as much info as you’d like. From current floor plans to inspo photos, the more info we have, the better!

After the meeting, we’ll email you our final recommendations.

We always start with a mood board consisting of inspirational images to make sure we’re speaking the same language and we’re aligned on the look and feel of the space. This phase also includes multiple floor plan options to choose from.

We select every single finish that goes into a space from tile and lighting to furniture and artwork. This phase also includes full drawing sets with elevations to be used for construction and furniture install.

We handle all of the purchasing and tracking for all fixtures and furniture. If your budget allows, we can also store all items and deliver and set up all at once on Install Day.

We help manage the project by providing full drawing sets, spec sheets, and FF&E schedules. We work closely with your contractor via site visits and phone communication to ensure everything is installed perfectly. Once construction is complete, we plan an Install Day to bring the space to life!
